Mason is a restaurant masquerading as a bar. Brought to you by chef Matt Hawkes (x Rita) Mason offers a thoughtful selection of ice cold beer, juicy natural wine, and quality liquor. With an ever-changing, small yet complete menu drawing on mid eastern and med flavours the food is well suited for sharing with friends and family.

With a focus on sustainable produce, Mason takes inspiration and direction from suppliers, the seasons, and other cultures that have done it before us.
